Who We Help
Who We Help
LumaBloom works with children, teens, and adults across Perth and WA who need support. Our focus is on people, not paperwork.
Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or someone you care about, we’re here to help.We focus on the person, not just the behaviour.
Our work is about building confidence, understanding, and connection - so people feel safe, understood, and able to move forward.

Children And Young People
Childhood and adolescence can be full of big feelings, big changes, and new challenges.

From early childhood transitions like daycare and school to the emotional ups and downs of teenage years, we create gentle, supportive spaces where young people can feel safe to be themselves.
Families, carers and teachers are part of the process too, so strategies work everywhere.
Building Confidence And Connection Early
We help children and young people:
- Develop emotional regulation and coping strategies through play and real-world experiences.
- Build trust and connection with the adults in their lives.
- Practise skills in familiar environments, from classrooms to community settings.

Adults
Adulthood can be complicated, and support can feel impersonal. We believe adults deserve behaviour support that is practical, respectful of needs, and flexible.
Our sessions are a space to pause, reflect, and make plans that actually fit real life.
Support Without The Complicated Jargon
We work with adults who:
- Are seeking support with emotional regulation or daily living routines.
- Want help navigating relationships, workplaces, or community spaces.
- Need advocacy in NDIS planning, plan reviews, or service access.
Families, Carers & Educators
If you care for or support someone with additional needs, you carry a lot. Caring for someone else can be exhausting.
We offer ongoing coaching, debriefs, and honest conversations so you feel supported too.
We give families, carers and educators space to reflect and the backup they need.
Everyone Needs Backup
We help families, carers, and educators:
- Stay consistent with strategies at home, school, and in the community.
- Access shared language and tools that keep everyone connected.
- Find their voice in meetings or plan reviews.
Neurodivergent Individuals
Many of the people we work with are neurodivergent and feel pressured to hide who they are.
We understand how isolating and exhausting life can feel when you’re constantly asked to mask who you are. We create safe, affirming spaces where you can simply be yourself.
Safe Spaces To Be Yourself
We create spaces where you can:
- Be heard without judgement or pressure.
- Build confidence to express what you need.
- Access support that respects your rights and your voice.
Groups & Community
Belonging is important for everyone. That’s why we help people access community programs where they feel safe and included. We also have groups where people can connect and learn in ways that feel good.
Finding Connection Without Pressure
Our group services include:
- Emotional regulation groups for children and teens.
- Workshops for parents, carers, and professionals.
- Community connection events that reduce isolation.

We’re here to help you catch your breath, feel supported, and find a way forward. Our aim is to help you steady things and find the next step forward.
Not Sure Where You Fit?

We offer 20–30 minute calls so you can talk things through and decide what feels right.
Ready To Have A Chat?
Let’s talk about what you want, what you need, and how we can make things feel lighter. There’s no pressure - just a friendly chat. Kids, teens, adults - anyone across Perth and WA who wants or needs support.
