Real Support Means Working Together
Support works best when everyone is on the same page – and that includes you. This isn’t just about professionals talking to each other. It’s about people genuinely listening, sharing info clearly, and making sure no one is left to figure it all out alone.
Helping You Feel Seen And Supported
Whether it’s a school, GP, or a therapist, we help connect the dots so that your support team actually feels like a team - not a bunch of people working in silos.

Support For Families, Carers & Educators
Families, support workers, teachers – you do so much. And it’s okay to need a bit of backup. We offer regular check-ins, coaching, and real conversations so you’re not left second-guessing.
Stacey says, “I want people to feel held, not judged. Like we’ve got their back – because we do.”
You can expect:
- Straightforward support that makes sense in your setting
- Space to ask the hard questions
- Someone to lean on when things get tricky
You Don’t Have To Carry It Alone
Support includes:
- Coaching and guidance on what works
- Shared tools and language to keep things consistent
- Honest chats when something’s not working
- Ongoing connection, not a one-time session
Advocacy That Feels Like Backup - Not A Takeover
If something’s not working in your plan or support, you deserve to be heard. People don’t need a voice given to them – they need space to use their own.
Advocacy is not about someone talking
for you - it’s about walking in beside you, making sure you feel confident and supported to say what you need.
We help with:
- Getting your message across in plan reviews
- Requesting the changes you want (without needing to know all the jargon)
- Navigating systems without losing your voice
This might look like:
- Helping you ask for changes in your plan
- Supporting you to navigate systems that feel too hard or confusing
- Writing or gathering info to back you up
Collaboration With Other Professionals
You shouldn’t get mixed messages or conflicting advice. If a school says one thing and your OT says another, that’s not your fault – it’s a system issue, not a you issue.
That means:
- Shared language across your team
- Support that doesn’t contradict itself
- Keeping you in the loop every step of the way
We Keep Everyone On The Same Page
We work directly with:
- Schools
- OTs and speechies
- Psychologists and GPs
- Other behaviour support providers
We always ask permission first and check in with you – nothing gets shared behind your back. It’s about teamwork, not tick-boxes.
Good collaboration means people feel safe, clear, and respected – like they’re part of the plan, not just being handled.
Support For Social And Community Inclusion
You have the right to be part of your community – not as a guest, but as someone who belongs. We help you find ways to get involved that feel safe, meaningful, and fun.
This isn’t about ticking off a “social goals” box. It’s about real connection.
Helping You Join In On Your Terms
Community doesn’t mean busy – it means belonging.
Support might include:
- Exploring local volunteering or community programs
- Helping you join a club, group, or event that matches your interests
- Building confidence to get out and about
- Finding activities that don’t just “fill time” – but actually feel good

Choosing The Right Community For You
Inclusion isn’t about fitting in. It’s about being somewhere that fits you.
We don’t just support people to access the community – we help shape communities to be more welcoming. That might mean:
Creating Spaces That Work For You
- Helping a school understand sensory needs
- Talking to a club about how to make things feel safer
- Supporting providers or workplaces to better include neurodivergent people
Together Is Always Better
This service is about relationships – not red tape. You’re not a puzzle to solve. You’re a person with preferences, history, and value. When people around you feel informed, calm, and connected – outcomes improve. But more importantly, so does everyday life.
Community Means Knowing You’re Not Alone
People feel more confident when they know someone’s in their corner – even if they don’t need them every day.
We’re not here to take over, fix, or control. We’re here to sit beside you, keep the conversation going, and remind you that you’re never on your own in this.
Ready To Have A Chat?
