Support That Understands Behaviour Is Human Nature
Sometimes behaviour feels big and confusing - whether it’s yours, your child’s, or someone you support. At LumaBloom, we know that behaviour is communication.
These core supports are about helping you feel heard, safe, and understood - instead of judged or “managed”.
This service is for people of all ages - toddlers to older adults - and focuses on what helps you feel confident, calm, and capable.

What’s Included
It’s not about fixing someone. It’s about asking - what’s this behaviour trying to say? It’s about understanding the “why” behind behaviour.
Positive Behaviour Support helps people of all ages build confidence, handle feelings, and learn skills that make daily life easier. It’s flexible and adapts as life changes - from early years through to adulthood.
Stacey brings a warm, steady presence and knows how to support without shame or pressure. She’ll meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
Positive Behaviour Support (Across the Lifespan)
This isn’t just about reacting to behaviour. It’s about understanding it - and building the skills that make life feel easier.
Positive Behaviour Support:

- Supports emotional regulation, independence, and wellbeing
- Adapts as people grow and life changes
- Focuses on confidence, not compliance

Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
We don’t rely on guesswork. We listen, observe, and take time to understand what’s really happening. Stacey looks at sensory triggers, communication needs, and what’s going on around someone - not just the behaviour itself.
These assessments are the gentle detective work that helps us make plans that actually make a difference in your life.
Functional Behaviour Assessments:
- Include sensory, environmental and communication-based analysis
- Involves everyone who plays a key role - families, carers, educators
- Carried out gently, with dignity and respect
Interim Behaviour Support Plans
Sometimes things can’t wait. If there are urgent needs - like restrictive practices already in place - we create a quick plan to help people stay safe and feel supported.
These plans make sure everyone is doing something safe and respectful until the longer-term strategy is ready.
Fast doesn’t mean rushed - we still lead with care.
Interim Behaviour Support Plans are:
- Created quickly when urgent support is needed
- Designed to guide safe, respectful responses - especially where restrictive practices are already in place
- Used while we develop a more complete plan together
Support For Families, Carers & Educators
Behaviour support works best when everyone’s on the same page. That’s why we take time to bring people together - at the kitchen table, on the phone, or in classrooms.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher or support worker, you’ll feel supported too - not just given a plan and left to figure it out.

Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
When there’s time to start from the beginning, we do. These plans are written with you, not about you.
They’re trauma-informed, strength-based, neuroaffirming, and written in plain English. No buzzwords or bureaucratic waffle - just clear, kind strategies that feel like your voice is inside them.
The plan should sound like the person it's for. Even if they can't read it themselves, it should still represent them clearly, kindly and honestly.
Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans are:
- Trauma-informed, strength-based, neuroaffirming
- In plain English and clear layout - no jargon walls
- Written in a way that feels like you had a say in every word

Behavioural Strategy Development
Strategies should be simple and useful - not stuck in a folder somewhere. We work out together what helps, what doesn’t, and what’s worth trying next.
That could mean creating visual supports, finding better routines, or mapping out sensory-safe spaces. Stacey brings ideas, but also listens to yours. Plans are shaped around real life - not a perfect scenario that doesn’t exist.
Behavioural Strategy Development means:
- We develop proactive and reactive strategies together
- Visual supports, routines, sensory options and safe plans are all included
- Real-life strategies that work at school, home or out in the community
Ongoing Behavioural Coaching & Consultation
We don’t just write a plan and disappear. Long-term support is here if you need it. Stacey offers check-ins, coaching, and help to tweak things as life changes.
Whether that’s helping a school team stay on track, supporting a provider who's overwhelmed, or coaching a new carer who’s lost - Stacey’s right there.
You won’t be left figuring things out alone.
Ongoing Behavioural Coaching and Consultation helps with:
- Long-term help to review and adjust what’s working
- Team coaching and strategy refreshers
- Keeping everyone (staff, carers, teachers) on the same page over time
